Play
I believe that people are losing the importance of play. Maybe it is because of busier lives when you get older or whatever. I believe that people still need to get outside and just play some type of game. It is good entertainment that relieves stress and you are able to stay physically active, who wouldn't like it? It doesn't matter what game you play or how you play it, anything is better sitting inside watching T.V. all day.

Baseball
As Baseball is in full swing all across the country and all levels. I can't help but notice how higher levels of baseball are losing basic fundamentals. Baseball is one the most fundamental sports, but yet players think they can get away with certain things and not get caught. Especially in this era of baseball where it is almost impossible to get a way with taking PEDs and high school/college bats are downgraded to same level of wooden bats. I can't help but wonder why everyone are losing the origin of the sport. A shout out to Albert Pujols on hitting is 500th career home run, who I believe is one of the most fundamental-based players around.

Physical Activity
Today when I went to the ARC at Slippery Rock to get a workout in, I realized it is amazing that there are thousands of students/members that go their everyday. They have the same passion and drive as I do. Even though they may have different reasons such as stay fit, gaining muscle, or etc. It goes to show how important physical activity is the body, but yet there are just as many people that don't get any physical activity mostly because of pure laziness. I am not saying that everyone needs to workout everyday but physical activity can help everyone. I personally enjoy workout to challenge myself and be able to relieve stress that I have from being a college student. Research shows that physical activity helps people to be fit and be able to study better. Who doesn't want to be fit so they can live longer and be smart!

Physical Education
As a Health and Physical Education major at Slippery Rock, I have learn mainly this year how technology can not only improve our jobs but make it easier. When used correct technology can make all the busy work so much easier. Even though many people don't know what technology to use to monitor students and be able to report results such as heart rates quickly to assess. I am sure every teacher has their own technique that works and as the future continues it scary how much technology I may use when I finally get a teacher job to do most of my work. As long as technology is used correct and works as it suppose to, it is obviously a great tool for everyone.
